Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Share Plans team; set priorities, allocate workloads, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Own end-to-end administration of global employee and executive share plans, including grants, vesting, exercises, and share releases.
  • •Prepare papers, reports, and recommendations for Executive leadership, the Remuneration Committee, and the Board; manage approvals for share plan activity.
  • •Ensure compliance with plan rules, securities regulations, tax requirements, and internal governance standards, including SOX and audit readiness.
  • •Manage stakeholder and supplier relationships and produce management reporting and governance information while implementing process improvements.
