Group Leader

Oversee all workshop operations to maintain efficiency and quality standards for JLR vehicles. Plan daily workloads with the Workshop Controller, coordinate technicians and service advisors, and monitor job progress, time recording accuracy, and repair estimates. Ensure repairs follow manufacturer procedures and warranty guidelines, inspect final repairs and conduct road tests, and lead Aftersales staff while keeping the workshop clean and compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
