Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and process back-to-back and back-order orders with suppliers, ensuring timely dispatch within agreed lead times and providing ETD/ETA updates.
  • •Conduct risk assessment and mitigation for bulk ordered quantities, follow up on supplier delays, and maintain back order reports/ETA trackers for stock reservations.
  • •Support branches by processing recall/redistribution and auto replenishment orders, monitoring service levels, and analyzing branch stock health reports.
  • •Collect market information and develop statistical forecasting models; measure forecast variances and recommend corrective actions with the Ordering and Inventory team.
  • •Maintain parts master data in SAP MDM and track/report KPIs including service level, forecast accuracy, back order aging, local purchase value, and lost sales.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Approximately 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • •Extensive knowledge of inventory management systems and experience with ERP systems like SAP.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects).
  • •Experience developing management reporting packs and presenting to senior leadership.
