Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a Performance Road PLM team, mentoring and empowering five PLMs across experience levels.
  • •Deliver exemplary briefs and presentations for key GTM gates, maintaining an always-on approach to product scrutiny and education.
  • •Co-create and execute seasonal and long-range Road/Race line plans in partnership with the Sr. Product Director.
  • •Drive consumer engagement through product-informing insights and regular market travel and research.
  • •Represent HOKA Road Product at key GTM gates and lead presentations, while supporting Road/Track racing strategy and cross-functional alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •5-7 years of experience in performance footwear product line management and/or merchandising with strong product background.
  • •1-3 years of people management experience required.
  • •Strong experience working with athletes is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated critical thinking and clear, concise communication with negotiation and influencing skills.
