Bundaberg Distillation Manager

Lead the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of Bundaberg Rum’s distillation process to produce the right volume and quality of spirit for demand and maturation. Oversee day-to-day distillation performance, optimize process control, yield, and loss reduction, and partner across Planning, Maturation, Quality, Engineering, and Site Leadership. Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, efficiency, sustainability, and cost performance, while coaching the distillery team.
