Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform defined nursing tasks within the established competency profile under delegation of registered nursing professionals (Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen).
  • •Provide patient-centered care according to quality standards and the nursing care process.
  • •Collaborate interprofessionally with attending physicians and other clinic areas.
  • •Ensure household, administrative, and logistical tasks on the ward while following internal guidelines.
  • •Arrange your shift plan and monthly workload to your needs within the staff pool framework.
