Job Summary

Delivery Project Director to lead the planning, coordination, and on-time delivery of large-scale projects within Qiddiya’s development portfolio. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, stakeholder engagement (contractors, consultants, government agencies, executives), and risk management to ensure scope, schedule, cost, and quality are met, while complying with regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
•Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, consultants, government agencies, and senior leadership.
•Develop and implement project delivery strategies, methodologies, and risk mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
•Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address issues impacting timelines, costs, or quality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in project delivery, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale and complex projects.
•Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
•Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
•Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
