Job Summary

Support BenX consultants by coordinating client deliverables, researching client requests, and maintaining documentation to ensure high-quality service delivery. Own recurring client meeting coordination (including ongoing management calls and annual carrier reviews), monitor project timelines, and identify opportunities to improve processes. Partner with consultants and internal teams on process improvements and refine client documentation to drive client satisfaction, retention, and consistent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Support BenX consultants with daily requests, follow-ups, and deliverables to drive client service.
•Coordinate recurring client meetings, including ongoing management calls and annual carrier reviews.
•Monitor project timelines and client deliverables while identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
•Collaborate with consultants to implement process improvements and support consistent client delivery.
•Refine client documentation and provide project support by participating in meetings as needed.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in healthcare insurance and experience working in consulting and with clients.
•Familiarity with project management.
•Strong communication and analytical skills, with a college degree helpful for success.
•Experience working with carriers is a plus.
•Proficiency in software applications, especially MS Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
