Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first and most important point of contact for Vinyl Room guests, members, and high-profile clients.
  • •Greet guests and manage guest flow, check-ins, and seating assignments to maintain ambiance.
  • •Provide guidance on Vinyl Room amenities, programming, menu offerings, and exclusive experiences.
  • •Proactively upsell premium seating, membership upgrades, and nightly lounge access; track conversions and report nightly opportunities.
  • •Maintain lobby and entry appearance standards and coordinate show-night operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.6 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations.
  • •Skill in diplomacy and handling multiple tasks with strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to diffuse potentially volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
