Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage delivery activities of scrum/kanban team(s) aligned with the automation strategy set by business counterparts.
  • •Anchor Agile Manifesto, SAFe core values, Lean-Agile mindset, and SAFe principles to lead multiple cross-functional teams as Scrum Master.
  • •Work with business teams to shape requirements and provide ongoing communication through project execution.
  • •Ensure development stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and related documentation are timely and complete to support development, testing, and user acceptance.
  • •Assist product owners with roadmaps and lead execution tracking/communication to ensure projects are completed on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (any discipline) with 6+ years of overall experience, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience developing and implementing information systems.
  • •CSM/SAFe Certified is a must.
  • •Experience in People and vendor management.
  • •Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong verbal/written communication skills.
