•Administer and serve as the technical subject matter expert for pre-sales systems and top-of-funnel tooling, focused on Chili Piper and Salesforce.
•Own and optimize lead routing, account routing, and territory-assignment logic to ensure speed, accuracy, and alignment with GTM rules.
•Configure Salesforce users and provision access across the broader pre-sales and prospecting tech stack.
•Partner with Marketing Operations to support top-of-funnel programs, campaign workflows, and handoff processes.
•Troubleshoot workflow/routing issues, monitor data quality and reliability, and evaluate integrations and automation opportunities using AI.
