Team Lead, Sales Full Time

Lead on the sales floor to deliver outstanding customer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Help drive personal and team sales goals through effective selling strategies and consumer engagement. Manage day-to-day team activities, champion positive culture, and assist across store departments including POS management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Support key holder responsibilities such as opening/closing, cash handling, and asset protection.
