Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Workday HCM implementation, testing, data validation, cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization with stakeholders and implementation partners.
  • •Serve as the primary Workday resource post-go-live, providing day-to-day functional support, troubleshooting, and escalation coordination.
  • •Configure and maintain Workday HCM business processes, organizational structures, job profiles, positions, notifications, eligibility rules, and security roles.
  • •Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data extracts for operational, compliance, and leadership needs.
  • •Manage system maintenance activities including release/regression testing, configuration documentation, data audits, access reviews, and change control; automate workflows to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology, or a related systems role.
  • •Hands-on experience administering and supporting Workday HCM, including business process configuration, reporting, and system maintenance.
  • •Experience supporting a Workday implementation, deployment, optimization, or major system go-live with testing and data validation.
  • •Ability to develop and maintain Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to accuracy and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
