Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial review appointments.
  • •Focus on cross-selling and engage in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and sales calls as directed.
  • •Support risk and compliance by following policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to fraud-risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household/small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
