Talent Acquisition Partner - Data - Singapore

Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and business stakeholders to shape talent strategies and deliver recruiting outcomes for ByteDance’s Data TA team. Own end-to-end hiring across technical areas including engineering, algorithms, machine learning, LLM, and AI—plus BytePlus GTM and data center supply chain roles. Manage and mentor talent sourcers, improve hiring performance using data and internal AI tools, and advocate for a strong candidate experience and employer brand.
