Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build client relationships using product expertise and fashion guidance, drive sales through cross-sell and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations across transactions, inventory, visual merchandising, and asset protection.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
