Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly accounting for various legal entities, ensuring monthly journal entry (MJE) protocol meets compliance, completeness, and accuracy standards.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal SLAs, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements; maintain appropriate controls and deadlines.
  • •Provide end-to-end ownership of key enterprise financial processes such as Merchant Withholding Tax and Staff Group accounting.
  • •Deploy internal accounting and external reporting implications of new and amended accounting standards.
  • •Perform real-time analysis of legal entity results, identify anomalies during close, and support standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, including AR/AP process flow, accounting & reconciliation, and reporting knowledge.
  • •Graduate / post-graduate in Commerce with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Awareness of US GAAP, Local GAAP, and/or IFRS accounting standards.
  • •Understanding of operational controls and compliance frameworks such as SOX and other related control frameworks.
  • •Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
