Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, scope, and implement the end-to-end SOX 404 lifecycle, including walkthroughs, testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation, and reporting.
  • •Assess risks in new and changing business processes, identify key IT controls, and develop control narratives, flowcharts, and control descriptions.
  • •Improve controls through streamlined, standardized, and automated approaches while maintaining control effectiveness.
  • •Provide guidance and training to control owners to promote SOX compliance awareness and understanding.
  • •Serve as the primary external auditor point of contact, coach testers, and support operational audits and required projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,000 - 172,500

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or Master’s degree) or equivalent experience; CPA/CIA/CISA preferred.
  • •5+ years in Big 4 and/or large public company environments with hands-on SOX and internal audit experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of GAAP, COSO, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with a team and influence process owners.
