Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide cost planning, estimating, and negotiation of change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Review and collaborate with design services and the general contractor to develop cost estimates and reconcile changes.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, post-contract cost variances, and change control processes, ensuring cost validation is robust.
  • •Prepare and present monthly cost reports, funding data presentations, and support value engineering (VE) sessions with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Experience supporting data center or other mission-critical projects in a cost-focused role.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
  • •Strong communication skills and experience leading cost management on medium to large projects.
