Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Manage engineering teams and project portfolios across multiple product development projects and priorities.

  • •8+ years of relevant engineering experience, including at least 3 years in technical leadership or management roles within pump solutions or related industries.
  • •Experience applying advanced scientific analysis, modeling, and simulation techniques, with strong validation, failure analysis, and qualification of product reliability and safety.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s or MBA preferred).
