Job Summary

Own advisor acquisition growth initiatives from hypothesis through experimentation, measurement, and scaling. Lead zero-to-one tests across emerging channels, build repeatable testing frameworks, and make incrementality-based investment decisions aligned to downstream value and ROAS targets. Partner with Data, Product, Creative, and Site & Conversion teams to improve measurement signals, optimize performance via cohort and incrementality analysis, and leverage AI-powered automations to accelerate research and creative iteration.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of advisor acquisition initiatives across emerging channels and growth opportunities.
•Develop, launch, and evaluate structured experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, decision timelines, and scaling/ending criteria.
•Lead the acquisition performance operating cadence, including daily pacing reviews, weekly scorecards, and monthly cohort analyses and channel deep dives.
•Partner with Data to design measurement approaches that isolate incremental impact and model lifetime value, CAC, and cohort quality.
•Collaborate with Creative and Site & Conversion teams to test landing pages and offers, and build AI-powered automations and agents to streamline recurring workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 175,000

•Deep understanding of lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, ROI, and downstream business performance for acquisition strategy.
•Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents that improve ongoing operational efficiency.
