Join Northern Trust’s AML centre of excellence in Limerick as part of the Investor AML Onboarding or AML Ongoing Monitoring teams. Play a key role in AML verification, investor risk assessment, and ongoing monitoring across EMEA, delivering high AML standards while collaborating with Transfer Agency and Client Services teams. Key Responsibilities

•Complete AML verification on investors prior to opening an account in a fund, including risk assessment and gathering initial due diligence documentation.
•Monitor investors and related parties on an ongoing basis through overnight screening, transaction monitoring, and periodic reviews to ensure due diligence remains accurate.
•Collaborate with Northern Trust Transfer Agency, Client Services, and other stakeholders across EMEA to deliver robust AML onboarding and ongoing monitoring services.
•Contribute to strategic AML projects and drive execution to high AML standards, including managing large projects.
•Research issues, propose solutions, and drive operational improvements within the AML and funds administration space.

•Collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders is key – so good verbal or written communication skills will be valuable.
•Strong organisational and communication skills with experience in managing large projects.
