Oversee the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle for GW solar and integrated BESS installations, coordinating between manufacturing hubs and Indian ports to prevent site delays. Track logistics KPIs for equipment and balance-of-plant materials, manage delivery forecasts versus required-on-site dates, and maintain critical-material alerts with expedite actions. Provide delivery evidence to planning, QS, and contract/procurement teams, escalating supply constraints through the Solar site governance.

•Oversee end-to-end supply chain execution for solar and BESS installations to prevent site delays.
•Track and report logistics KPIs for manufacturing, inspection release, dispatch, transit, delivery accuracy, and receipt status of solar package materials.
•Compare required-on-site dates against approved delivery forecasts and workfront priorities to support planning.
•Coordinate logistics updates with EPC/vendor representatives and identify shortages, damages, or preservation risks.
•Maintain critical-material alerts and expedite-action status, escalating unresolved supply constraints through governance as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or an Engineering discipline.
•7-10 years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or material coordination experience within heavy infrastructure or energy sectors.
•3-5 years of direct experience on utility-scale renewable energy projects, with preference for large-scale solar (300MW+ or Gigawatt scale).
•Experience with mega-scale solar park designs in India is highly advantageous.
•Certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are highly advantageous.
