Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and maintain vehicle placement within assigned zones or move areas to lot-operations standards.
  • •Use supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to make daily staging and move decisions.
  • •Continuously improve safety and efficient movement of vehicles in and out of the move area.
  • •Stage vehicles in safe arrangements for proper destinations to reduce drop-off points and improve load efficiency.
  • •Label vehicles with sale and routing labels and communicate inventory status/priorities with crew leaders and managers.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 3 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination, or 5 years related experience).
  • •Valid driver’s license; safe driving required.
  • •Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • •Basic mechanical knowledge to identify issues such as flat tires, low gas, and jump-starting vehicles.
  • •6 months of auction or driving experience (preferred).
