Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
  • •Review and collaborate with design services teams and contractors to develop cost estimates for large-scale construction projects.
  • •Reconcile changes and support accurate contractor data, preparing written comments and executive summaries for submissions.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, post-contract cost variances, contingency management, commitment tracking logs, and cost impact assessments.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports, coordinate value engineering sessions, and support final accounts negotiation and agreed outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working toward accreditation is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management activities on medium to large-scale construction projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • •Strong construction industry knowledge and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
