Systems Engineer, Channel

Support the sales organization with technical pre-sales assistance for qualifying leads and customer conversations. Serve as the main technical resource on sales calls, educating customers on features, specifications, integrations, and networking/security solutions. Provide post-sales training to identified customers. You’ll leverage deep knowledge of LAN/WAN, network services administration, and security protocols to address customer needs effectively.
