Drive enterprise supply chain programs focused on closing capacity gaps, enabling ramp readiness, and protecting revenue delivery. Translate complex supply chain issues into data-driven executive insights, establish governance (cadence, escalation, executive reporting), and define KPI frameworks for consistent visibility. Own centralized execution systems for real-time tracking and action management, and lead capacity planning and supplier readiness, including engineering qualification workflows and readiness gating.
