•Maintain administrative tasks including new employee set up and follow-up during onboarding
•Deliver product and sales training to new hires on the VS&A Sales teams, ensuring they are equipped for success
•Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to identify and prioritize training needs
•Collaborate with the appropriate business units to clearly understand the usage and intent of new features and how that translates into training needs
•Create and maintain engaging and effective training materials for use during the onboarding process
