Key Responsibilities

  • •Record findings to an error log by category and issue amendments to import and export as necessary
  • •Attend routine KPI meetings with 3rd-party brokers to review audit findings and monitor error categories to identify areas of concern
  • •Maintain broker management visibility logs, chase missing documents, and prepare monthly audit reporting
  • •Collaborate with the Customs Manager on new business projects using research and data analysis and support system improvements for key stakeholders
  • •Maintain regulatory knowledge, identify annual refresher training needs, and advise the Customs Clearance Team and other business functions on customs implications

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of customs input experience
  • •Experience in logistics and supply chain
  • •Knowledge of the Windsor Framework and how it impacts the NI industry
  • •Confident reading and understanding complex documentation and creating legal documents
  • •Desirable: 5 years of customs input experience (and/or knowledge of finance and controlling; aviation industry experience; experience using SAP GTS, Maxim, Conex; customs special procedures including Inward Processing)
