Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the onboarding and optimization of massive GPU clusters, ensuring teams troubleshoot framework issues and optimize training/inference strategies

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading high-impact technical teams in Cloud Infrastructure, AI Platform, or HPC environments
  • •Understand the stack from the metal up (hardware to software) and communicate tradeoffs effectively
  • •Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate how technical solutions drive business outcomes
  • •Proven crisis management skills ( Sev0 incidents, rapid root cause resolution ) and executive communication
  • •Technical proficiency with AI frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow) and distributed systems (Slurm, Ray, Kubernetes, Docker)
