Job Summary

Serve as a Microsoft messaging and collaboration Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Office 365. Advise on support and maintenance for Office 365 and unified messaging, including Exchange on-prem and Exchange Online. Handle incident and request management, support boundary services/relay server management, archiving, and perimeter email filtering, and help drive upgrades, patching, and automation using PowerShell.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide SME guidance for Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive, plus Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 unified messaging.
•Support and maintain Microsoft Office 365 and messaging software systems, advising team members on support activities, modifications, and updates.
•Work on patching and upgrades in collaboration with more senior team members.
•Handle day-to-day incident and request management tasks for messaging and client issues (Outlook/OWA).
•Identify and contribute to automation solutions (e.g., PowerShell coding).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8+ years of experience supporting multifarious messaging environments.
•Expert knowledge on different versions of Microsoft Exchange (Exchange On Premise and Exchange Online).
•Expert knowledge on Microsoft Office 365.
•Knowledge of Boundary Services, relay server management, and archiving solutions.
•Good working knowledge of IronPort administration and perimeter email filtering (e.g., ProofPoint/Cisco IronPort).
