Job Summary

Experienced International Claims Advocate supporting London Market-focused liability and/or healthcare claims, managing a portfolio of high-value claims from inception to resolution. Provides coverage guidance to clients and network offices, communicates with clients, carriers and brokers, mentors colleagues, and stays current on industry trends to enhance risk mitigation and claims handling outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of high-value claims from inception to resolution with focus on liability and/or healthcare claims.
•Provide proactive advice on coverage issues for clients and Aon network offices to facilitate settlement and conclusion of claims.
•Maintain outstanding communication with clients, carriers, Aon brokers and all stakeholders to ensure efficient claims handling.
•Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues to promote continuous learning within the team.
•Stay informed on industry trends, regulation, and best practices to enhance claims handling capabilities and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years liability or healthcare claims handling experience in London market or equivalent
•Proven experience managing sophisticated claims and delivering client-facing outcomes
•Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
•Strong understanding of liability and/or healthcare insurance principles, policies and procedures
•ACII or ACILA qualification preferred
