Team Manager - Production

Lead production of components for separators within the Production Management Team, balancing strategic continuous improvement with hands-on daily operational leadership. You will coach and develop team members, ensure safety, quality, delivery accuracy, and efficiency across production flow. Serve as process owner for component manufacturing and drive Lean-based improvements, while managing budget responsibility and collaborating closely with other production departments to optimize shared flows.
