Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform emergency and preventive maintenance and installation on a 24/7 on-call basis with regional responsibility.
  • •Provide on-site or in-house servicing and repair of company products.
  • •Serve as the customer contact for technical and service-related problems.
  • •Provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
  • •Complete a comprehensive training program, including travel to the US for product and safety training when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering Technology, OR Red Seal (309A) Interprovincial Journeyman Electrician Certification/Ticket.
  • •1+ year of experience with UPS (uninterruptable power supplies), or battery technologies, or electronics.
  • •Must be able to work in Canada without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Must possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
  • •Be able to travel to the US for product and safety training when necessary.
