Key Responsibilities

•Send weekly reports on parts including RDT, Hoses with withdrawals, monitoring on MIS, Billing and Invoicing (separate excel file for Epiroc and AMCI accounting) and routing for signatures.
•Updating all records (MIS, BIN cards, SMR of withdrawn parts).
•Prepare/follow up PR’s for replenishment, audit, breakdown, warranty claims.
•Monitoring breakdown and consignment parts and initiate stock transfer.

Key Requirements

•Educational background in Diploma, Vocational Course, or College Level in a related field
•1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in logistics or warehousing
•Proven warehousing experience, including handling supplies, issuing materials, inventory management, and assisting in shipping and receiving operations
•Proficient in inventory data entry and general computer applications
•Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
