Key Responsibilities

•Own the full product roadmap: maintain and prioritize a single, transparent roadmap across all product surfaces, and communicate plans to leadership, engineering, and the broader team.
•Write every PRD with clear problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; document decisions and edge cases for future teams.
•Build the product management system: introduce tools and cadences, adopt a project management system (Linear, Jira, or equivalent), and design the operating rhythm for backlog grooming and sprint planning.
•Drive build vs. buy decisions with rigor: scope needs, evaluate options (build, buy, or partner), stress-test integrations, and make a recommendation with rationale.
•Ship products that move visit retention and follow-up rates: improve the follow-up booking experience and provider tools to increase patient visits and reduce manual work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years at a high-growth startup with end-to-end roadmap ownership.
•A portfolio of PRDs that are clear, user-centered, and tied to measurable outcomes.
•Demonstrated experience shipping features that measurably improved engagement, retention, or workflow efficiency.
•Hands-on experience with modern PM tooling (Linear, Jira, Notion, or equivalent) and setting up a project management system.
•Strong build-vs-buy judgment with accountability for outcomes.
