Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and document data models behind sales, billing, and product operations, mapping business concepts to core systems.
  • •Design target data models and field mappings for consolidating or migrating data between systems.
  • •Build, test, and execute SQL and Python transformations that reshape and load business data via migrations and pipelines.
  • •Define and enforce standards for data quality, data modeling, and governance across internal systems.
  • •Validate data before and after migrations and pipeline changes using reconciliation, record counts, values, and business rules.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering, focused on modeling and transforming business data.

  • •Proficiency in a general purpose programming language such as Python or TypeScript.
  • •Working knowledge of business applications including Salesforce, Netsuite, Coupa, Workday, and Zendesk.
  • •Experience with ETL/ELT development and data quality testing.
