Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain Business Capability Maps, Target Operating Models, value streams, and enterprise business architecture artefacts across investment and wealth management functions.
•Translate business strategy into structured business architecture services, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
•Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, aligning business, operations, product, and technology teams around common objectives.
•Identify capability gaps, operational dependencies, and opportunities for business innovation, scalability, and efficiency improvements.
•Establish and govern business architecture standards, methodologies, and practices to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar strategic transformation role within financial services.
•Strong understanding of brokerage, wealth management, capital markets, and digital financial services operating models.
•Experience designing enterprise business architecture artefacts, including capability maps, target operating models, governance frameworks, and value streams.
•Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
•Demonstrated ability to drive business transformation initiatives and institutionalize knowledge into scalable frameworks and operating practices.
