Job Summary

Facilitate Agile delivery for a data technology organization, running ceremonies and coaching teams on Scrum practices to improve maturity and effectiveness. Partner with stakeholders to elicit requirements, map processes, and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Own end-to-end project execution—planning, risk/RAID governance, dependency management, UAT support, release readiness, and reporting sprint/release metrics to keep delivery on track and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, retrospectives) and coach teams on Scrum principles.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and strategic priorities; conduct analysis and document requirements and user journeys.
•Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications; prioritize backlog items with the Product Owner.
•Own end-to-end project management activities: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, closure; define scope, timeline, milestones, resources, and budget.
•Support delivery governance and quality by tracking RAID logs, planning UAT/testing, managing release readiness and cutover, and reporting sprint/release metrics and steering updates.

Key Requirements

•University degree or above.
•Minimum 10+ years of relevant working experience in technology/digital delivery, including proven Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid delivery experience.
•Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery framework, SDLC, and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
•Experience in requirement elicitation, process mapping, story writing, and defining acceptance criteria.
•Experience with Agile and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Office, Power BI, MS Project).
