Senior program planning and scheduling professional responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Master Phasing Schedule; lead IMS construction aligned with program requirements, cost, and schedule; perform schedule risk analysis, track metrics, and mentor junior planners in an onsite Tucson, AZ environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand program technical and programmatic solutions; partner with program team to integrate them into the IMS baseline plan covering cost, schedule, and technical requirements
•Lead creation and maintenance of compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) based on customer requirements to achieve cost and schedule integration
•Ensure program plan and IMS align with IPDS and program life cycle; review IMS work for accuracy and identify gaps or improper planning
•Develop and recommend program management artifacts (HUM, MPS, First Unit Flow) to help teams understand and manage the plan
•Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis and interpret results to integrate mitigation plans into IMS and risk management

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 8+ years of Program Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree)
•Experience using scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar)
•Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and evaluating critical path/workflow
•Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar processes
•Ability to understand program technical and programmatic solutions and integrate them into IMS baseline plans
