Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and analyze the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure accurate plan integration.
  • •Lead creation and maintenance of compliant IMS on customer requirements with cost and schedule integration.
  • •Review IMS planned work for accuracy and completeness, identifying missing or improperly planned work.
  • •Conduct and communicate schedule risk analysis results and integrate mitigation plans into the IMS and risk management process.
  • •Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics (schedule status, baseline maintenance, critical path, schedule variance, and network logic validation) and mentor junior planners.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advance Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • •Prior experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar.
  • •Prior experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
  • •Prior experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
