Job Summary

Develop, maintain, and analyze the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule to integrate cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Lead compliant IMS creation based on customer requirements, perform critical path and risk analysis (including schedule risk analysis), and validate network logic and scheduling metrics using EVMS processes. Serve as lead scheduler/planner on complex efforts and mentor junior planners to maintain schedule integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and analyze the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure accurate plan integration.
•Lead creation and maintenance of compliant IMS on customer requirements with cost and schedule integration.
•Review IMS planned work for accuracy and completeness, identifying missing or improperly planned work.
•Conduct and communicate schedule risk analysis results and integrate mitigation plans into the IMS and risk management process.
•Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics (schedule status, baseline maintenance, critical path, schedule variance, and network logic validation) and mentor junior planners.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advance Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
•Prior experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar.
•Prior experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
•Prior experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
