•Contribute to business development and client pitches under guidance of an Engagement Manager or Principal Consultant.
•Support day-to-day execution of assigned tasks and contribute to internal trainings, exchanges, and knowledge management.

•University degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 1–2 years of experience in safeguarding functions such as operational risk management (non-financial risks), resilience, or project management, including internships or working student positions.
•Business experience with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management, or Internal Risk & Controls Systems (including risk & control frameworks and risk methodologies), or relevant resilience areas like business continuity or IT service continuity.
•Experience conducting risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, internal controls testing, or implementing mitigation solutions (plus).
•Strong communication skills in English, with German desired; able to prepare and deliver presentations and reports.
