Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in overseeing construction crafts/trades within an assigned area of responsibility.
  • •Assist with planning and coordinating sub-contractor activities within the area of responsibility.
  • •Monitor subcontractor personnel to ensure adherence to project plans and promote quality control of installations.
  • •Assist with compliance of the AECOM Hunt safety program to maintain a safe and healthy jobsite environment.
  • •Use document control and project management systems to keep information up-to-date (e.g., drawings, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).
  • •Applicable OSHA certification(s).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, and AutoCAD/Revit, plus construction management software.
  • •Ability to follow directions and interact effectively with all levels of management on a working construction project.
  • •Preferred: experience supporting large complex projects and prior internship experience in the construction industry.
