Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a technical reference and mentor for the client service team across service-related tasks.
  • •Ensure client experience and support the sales team with bracelet sizing, simple in-boutique adjustments, and technical advice.
  • •Handle, track, and deliver watch repairs for Audemars Piguet in coordination with client services and customers.
  • •Conduct pre-diagnostics to identify malfunctions and perform simple interventions.
  • •Coordinate SAV processes and component inventory tracking, and provide technical expertise to boutique team members and clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent horology technical knowledge gained through a watchmaker education, atelier experience, or a technical advisor role in-store.
  • •Comfortable with IT tools and prior experience using an ERP.

  • •Strong teamwork orientation and ability to share/passes on horology passion and knowledge.
  • •Fluent spoken and written French and English, with strong relationship-building skills.
