Principal Systems Engineer

Lead end-to-end systems engineering for pressure-sensing product NPI programs, defining system architecture and translating customer needs into system-level specifications. Drive cross-functional execution across concept, development, verification/validation, and production launch while managing risks, trade-offs, and requirements traceability. Serve as the central technical authority across electrical, mechanical, MEMS, firmware/software, test, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure performance, cost, reliability, and schedule targets are met in industrial, aerospace, or automotive applications.
