Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion.
•Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
•Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
•Prepare and review geotechnical investigation plans, laboratory testing programs, and engineering analyses.
•Oversee field investigations, site assessments, and construction monitoring activities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geosciences, or a related field.
•7-10 years experience in geotechnical engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
•Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, site characterization, and geotechnical laboratory testing.
•Experience with infrastructure, transportation, or commercial development projects.
•Proficiency in geotechnical analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
