Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • •Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • •Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • •Prepare and review geotechnical investigation plans, laboratory testing programs, and engineering analyses.
  • •Oversee field investigations, site assessments, and construction monitoring activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geosciences, or a related field.
  • •7-10 years experience in geotechnical engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
  • •Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, site characterization, and geotechnical laboratory testing.
  • •Experience with infrastructure, transportation, or commercial development projects.
  • •Proficiency in geotechnical analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
