Job Summary

Support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of a manufacturing facility at the McIntosh site. Develop a strong understanding of production processes and equipment, operate manufacturing systems, and perform housekeeping and operational support tasks to meet production objectives. Follow work instructions and supervisor guidance, complete required training, actively support EH&S initiatives, and maintain compliance with environmental regulations (including RCRA requirements when applicable).

Key Responsibilities

•Operate and support manufacturing processes to maintain safe and efficient plant operations.
•Develop and apply knowledge of production processes and systems to support reliable operations.
•Perform operational duties and housekeeping activities required to maintain production units.
•Follow work instructions, operating procedures, and guidance from the Shift Supervisor.
•Support EH&S initiatives, safe work practices, and compliance with environmental regulations (including RCRA requirements when applicable).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree/vocational/technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, chemical processing, paper manufacturing, industrial operations, or related environment.
•Experience operating or supporting manufacturing equipment and production processes.
•Successful completion of a technical assessment demonstrating knowledge of basic manufacturing equipment and processes.
•Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow procedures and work instructions, and teamwork/collaboration skills.
