Job Summary

Monitor and improve product quality by owning the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process, embedding in manufacturing to drive resolution of nonconforming materials, and ensuring accurate data capture. Review manufacturing work instructions, support inspection clarification and go/no-go decisions, lead containment execution, and assist with root-cause analysis. Partner with engineering teams for timely triage and dispositions, manage RMA flow, run internal audits, and track/report MRB metrics while recommending inspection technology and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process and ensure accurate, complete data collection and entry.
•Embed within manufacturing to resolve, contain, and improve nonconforming materials, including supporting clarification and go/no-go decisions for inspectors.
•Lead containment execution for nonconforming items and inspect to verify non-conforming parts.
•Coordinate internal triage with engineering teams to support nonconformance dispositions and complete investigative tasks on time.
•Create and execute inspection plans, train technicians/inspectors, perform internal audits, and track/report MRB metrics weekly while recommending process and inspection improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 114,000 hourly

Key Requirements

•Associate degree (or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of education).
•5+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or a quality/engineering related role.
•Experience in a manufacturing environment supporting hardware development and quality management.
•Proficiency with CAD software and inspection data management software.
•Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.
