Oversee billing and WIP management for a portfolio of clients within Commercial Finance. Own the end-to-end job lifecycle from opening to closing, ensure best-practice job management, and collaborate closely with Commercial Managers and client teams. Drive accurate invoicing, WIP allocation in Workday, and profitability reviews to safeguard financial controls and agency profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Job Management: Ensure adherence to the job opening process and timely management and follow up on jobs with client teams.
•Explain to client teams how the job processes work on a client and why they matter.
•Hold regular meetings with client teams to review open jobs and optimize workflows.
•Work with Commercial Managers to maximize use of Workday for client needs and ensure timely invoicing and sign-off.
•Allocate WIP balances in Workday and monitor FX gains/losses to maintain profitability.

•Excel skills are essential (sumifs, vlookups, etc.)
