Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance of the manual powder coat system, spray-painting process, and material handling during part loading/unloading.
  • •Prioritize jobs by required date and supervision direction, report potential production/material problems, and inspect final product quality (cosmetic, coverage, cure, adhesion, thickness).
  • •Run and operate DMM (including using hold codes) and use Enovia/Vault to view and print drawings for fabrication purposes.
  • •Maintain long-term coating system performance by identifying/replacing wearable components and ensuring cure oven temperature vs. line speed for correct dwell/cure times.
  • •Maintain chemical and pre-treat systems by managing mix/pH levels, performing titration tests, replacing wash system chemicals as required, maintaining powder storage, and ensuring waste solutions meet environmental limits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing environment or 6 months of assembly experience.
  • •High School Diploma required.
  • •Be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
  • •Reside within an 80 km radius of Burlington; no relocation offered.
  • •Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety procedures in a manufacturing facility and willingness to learn.
